Answer(s) I haven't completed the course yet. I am still waiting for a response from the techies as to why I can't have a second go at the quiz when it crashed first time while doing it. I didn't know there was a time limit to the course. Question Difficulties encountered in covering the course Answer(s) Again, the quiz crashed while I was doing it and the Web site maintainers didn't respond to me to fix it or why I couldn't go at it again till I get good practice.
