Healthy life style means to GIVE UP smoking, alcohol, sedentary habits, fatty foods, indulgence in over works, loneliness, anxieties and provoking/provoked conditions etc. Our religion also advises us to live a healthy life style and I think the every component (mentioned above) is forbidden either in Holy Quran or Ahadith. In addition, “Remembrance of Allah” is superior to the all and is a powerful tool to cause “Tazkia-a- Nafs” which surely leads to a beautiful and healthy life free of all the aggravating factors of our physical, mental as well as the spiritual health.[/quote]
