If you were married to your husband by your consent and this marriage was known to all people around you, you do not need to remarry again. In Islam, there are three main conditions to fulfill for marriage. 1. Consent of both persons 2. Proclaimation in the society that the couple from now on shoud be considered as wedded couple. 3. Payment of Mehr dowry by the husband to the wife. If these conditions are compiled with before marriage, your marriage is already valid. [/quote]
