Not only the women but the men also should posess all these ten qualities if they need &quot;forgiveness and a great reward&quot; from Allah.

And Allah says (interpretation of the meaning): [/blue][quote] “Verily, the [hl]Muslims[/hl] (those who submit to Allaah in Islam) men and women, [hl]the believers [/hl] men and women (who believe in Islamic Monotheism), the men and the women who are [hl]obedient[/hl] (to Allaah), the men and women who are [hl]truthful[/hl] (in their speech and deeds), the men and the women who are [hl]patient[/hl] (in performing all the duties which Allaah has ordered and in abstaining from all that Allaah has forbidden), the men and the women who are [hl]humble[/hl] (before their Lord Allaah), the men and the women who [hl]give Sadaqaat [/hl] (i.e. Zakaah and alms), the men and the women who [hl]observe Sawm [/hl] (fast) (the obligatory fasting during the month of Ramad&#226;n, and the optional Nawafil fasting), the men and the women who [hl]guard their chastity [/hl] (from illegal sexual acts) and the men and the women who [hl]remember Allaah much[/hl] with their hearts and tongues. Allaah has prepared for them forgiveness and a great reward (i.e. Paradise)”
