it happens in such scenario.... u need financial supporters or sometimes [b][u]sincere[/u] but [hl]stubborn[/hl] [/b] guys who are crucial to any organization whom we have to bear because of  other good purposes etc etc.....

see around yourself and see the history....

so do not consider [b]UIUK[/b] as [b]ideal organization.[/b]..give them a [b]break[/b], they need time to be a muture organization
 and [b]trust Mr Ghamdi and Mr Shezad like poeple[/b] whom [b]hkhan herself respect [/b] too much.....

[b]UIUK[/b] must make sure that a woman representative should be there in Admin., if NOT hkhan....
and in future try to minimize gender biased approach.....
