Who has permitted these misguided people to take law into their own hands and to decide according to their misguided views?

And the worst part of all that is that they want us to believe that they are followers of Islam.

Would they do such acts if they had read the following Verse which proclaims the  conditions under which  Allah punishes a rebellious nation?[/blue]
