We just came out of 7/7. Muslims in the West already facing discrimination and hatred at every level. whether at work, universities, and other public and social interaction. 9/11 on way and tomorrow 11/7. Good and bad people are in every community. not all Westeners join in this evil act but these dates come every year to remind about the giant piece of work waiting for Muslim Scholar. To build the bridges between East and West. Between Islam and other religions. Not only education but to respect support the efforts of the people who are enduring night and day to bridge these gaps. Instead of doubting such people of cheating and disloyalty. For tomorrow, the message I read on internet is: We must all be united in Bosnia, in Europe and around the world in all mosques, in all churches, in all synagogues and in all places of human decency so we may say together the Srebrenica prayer on the 11th of July, tomorrow, in the noontime in Potocari where only parts of hundreds of innocent Muslim men and boys will be buried. This prayer is in a hope that our future shall be better than our past and our children shall not have fear of genocide. Oh God teach us that tolerance is the highest degree of power And the desire for revenge the first sign of weakness Oh God1 If you deprive is of our property Give us hope! If you grant us with success Give us also the will to overcome defeat If you take from us blessing of health Provide us with the blessing of faith Oh God! If we sin against people Give us the strength of apology And if people sin against us Give us the strength of forgiveness Oh God! If we forget thee do not forget us! Oh God! May grief become hope! May revenge become justice! May mothers’ tears become prayers! That Srebrenica never happens again! To anyone anywhere!
