But during the colonial times, it was made to be during the winter because that is when the farmers had no work, therefore they could celebrate and visit their families.  During the rest of the year they had to grow and cultivate their land.  Also, Santa Clause was invented by the Coca Cola company, and the practice of hanging ornaments on the Christmas tree is a pagan form of worship which dates back to the time of the Prophet Moses, peace be upon him.[/quote]
