[quote][purple]PREPARING FOR RAMADAN - A MOTHER'S PERSPECTIVE[/purple] with Ustadha Uzma Jung (Jawziyyah Institute)* [blue]Date: Saturday 22nd August 2008 Time: 10am - 12 noon Venue: Froud Centre, Romford Road, Manor Park, London, E12 5JF[/blue] Ramadan, rather than being a month of spirituality and the Quran, for many of our mothers ends up being a culinary marathon meeting the endless gastronomical desires of our menfolk. What can you do? How can our mothers make better use of Ramadan? Insha'Allah during this seminar the speaker will share some tips on how mothers can build their spirituality during this blessed month whilst at the same time meet their domestic duties. Ideas and contributions from the audience will also be discussed. This short intensive course is aimed at mothers and wives. All women are welcome and entrance is by registration only. *Ustadha Uzma Jung had been active in the community delivering circles and talks on Islam for the last 20 years.
