I look forward to learning what your institution has

I'm curious however; what are the qualifications of the instructors? I 
could not find any reference to this information on the site. Have they 
actually studied in formal schools and acquired degrees or are they average 
brothers and sisters who have done informal studies on the topics they are 
presenting?
