Monday 23 November Shinto Niinamesei Labour Thanksgiving Day, a national holiday in Japan and originally a harvest festival. Tuesday 24 November Sikh Martyrdom of Guru Tegh Bahadur (Nanakshahi calendar) Guru Tegh Bahadur was the ninth Sikh Guru and is honoured as a champion of religious freedom. Thursday 26 November Bahai Day of the Covenant This minor festival celebrates the covenant of Baha'u'llah. Baha'is also mark the life of 'Abdu'l-Bahá on this day.
