I have saved those articles in my hard disc. Yet to be double sure I read the whole page over again and find my comments on Dr. (Ms.) Khan's post in no way contradicting the views of your mentor.

Allah s.w.t. says,[/blue][/font=Century Gothic]

الرِّجَالُ قَوَّامُونَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ بِمَا فَضَّلَ اللَّهُ بَعْضَهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ وَبِمَا أَنفَقُوا مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِم ا (٣٤:٤)

[hl]Men are the guardians of women[/hl],because God has given the one more preference over the other, and because they support them. (4:34)

They no doubt have every right to advice them. Why then do they insist that a few of them should sit shooulder to shoulder with men in the committee meetings? Can you give me an example of any such mixed gender meetings that took place during the days of the Prophet Sallahu Alaihi Wasallam or of the Noble Sahabah, (May Allah be pleased with them all)

And the Hadith that follows in that article clearly has the following direction from the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam to your men:
[hl]Treat women nicely&quot;[hl].

Thus your rights are protected and safe in the hands of your men.[/blue][/font=Century Gothic]
