I think we should also have this system in Pakistan. People don't want to talk about sex here but under cover lots of crimes like sexual abuse happen even within families. Muslims have to be more keen about sex education in the light of Islam and modern medicine. Our younger generation specially has no guidance whatsoever and as they enter puberty and high schools or colleges, the present so called "freedom" allures them and whatever they watch and get from the media, movies including Indian and Western, also Pakistani itself mashalla!!! and love filled songs incline them further towards the so called "Love" or "Ishq", free mixing which is all naturally followed by illigitimate and pre-marital sexual relationships because early marriages are not in fashion anyway and religious education available in extremely poor quality and quantity. So much so that even gay relationships are becoming more and more common here now under the cover of various labels and reasons trying to make them halal.I read a joke in a western magazine the other day that an Iranian man went to a sexual health clinic and said that he wanted medicine because he had sex with a donkey, whereas actually he had had sex with a man but was scared of being executed, hence lied!! Specially during Ramadan our ulama must come forward and spread information around about these issues by involving with them the religious doctors in this speciality in order to bring in a package of sound information based on religion and medical knowledge both.
