English translation of Qur'an
Dear Friends,
Assalaamu alaikum wa rahmatullah. Can a knowledgeable person point out a good translation of Qur'an. I know the works of Yusuf Ali, Khalil Khan and Pickhtall?
Ali's archaic English and Khan's polemic style are not very helpful to my cause. I do not know much about Pickhtall.
Any review of various available translations and their characteristics will be welcome insha'Allah. Links will be welcome too.
