Prophet Mohammed (SW) from being sold by signing the petition (click

Thanks for showing concern over the matter and reminding others of the same. God bless you.
But i wonder if it is an appropriate reaction to the endeavour? Will it not ultimately help the author spread the word? I think this way we are helping the author by introducing him to more people and earning him fame and encouraging people on reading the book.
What do the others think?
