Once there was a man who was really angry. He sat alone beside a cold bitter lake in the middle of the night, alone in the dark. All of a sudden he came across a letter. When he opened it, he found it was full of stones- well, that was what he thought they were anyway, he wasn't sure because of the lack of light.
Anger and confusion took over him once more as he started to throw the tiny stones into the water, one by one, until the light from the sun slowly started to creep over the horizon.
By the time the sun had started to rise, the letter full of stones was half empty. The man took out another to throw it, but this time, in the light of the sun- he saw that what he had been throwing were not stones...but precious little pearls.
In the darkness of ignorence, we can sometimes overlook things that are very precious to us- but as the light of realisation dawns on us, we see the 'stones' for what they really are.
Just remember, every time you're angry, it's not you that has a hold on your heart.
It's not your feelings that are boiling though your veins.
It's not your thoughts that are painting your vision red.
Its you're worst enemy- I'm sure you can guess what i mean ^_^
