U.S. State Dept. web site providing an introduction to Muslim life in America with a collection of speeches, articles, links to academic programs, bibliography of selected readings, and photographs of American mosques.

There isn't a great deal of info on Islam as a religion, but it is great see the effort put in to build bridges between two different cultures- it is nicely set out, and worth a click if you want to show people about how Muslims live in the States...
Probably better for those who know little or nothing about Muslims, or have biased views against Muslim people or Islam as a whole...
Its just a shame that it probably won't reach this audience....
