بِسمِ ٱلله الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيـمِ
Beginning is with the Personal Name of Allah, الرَّحْمٰنِ {Ar Rehman} Who is Most Merciful.
اللہ تعالیٰ کے نام الرحمٰن سےابتدا ہے جو سب سے زیادہ رحم کرنے والا ہے

In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
And the earth shall beam with the light of its Lord, and the Book shall be laid down, and the prophets and the witnesses shall be brought up, and judgment shall be given between them with justice, and they shall not be dealt with unjustly. (39: 69)
Possessor of the highest rank, Lord of power: He makes the inspiration to light by His command upon whom He pleases of His servants, that he may warn (men) of the day of meeting. (40: 15) |

بِسمِ ٱلله الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيـمِ
"In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful"
"In the name of Allah" itself denotes and conveys the perception that Allah has a personal name. "Name" conveys what somebody is called and distinguished from others.
"ب" the particle, denotes adhesion, means "with; by".
And the Quran has told that الرَّحْمٰنِ {Ar Rehman} is the personal name of Allah at all those points where it has occurred in the Quran. I translated it:
"Beginning is with the Personal Name of Allah, الرَّحْمٰنِ {Ar Rehman} Who is Most Merciful" |
