Distribution of property
4: 7 Men shall have a portion of what the parents and the near relatives and women shall have a portion of what the parents and the near relatives leave, whether there is little or much of it; a stated portion.
Is it only after death of the parents and the near relatives?
Or
Can the parents and the near relatives, during their lives, have the right to distribute their property to the concerned partners? |
