Ghamdi video on Hoor in Quran

Looking at this video :

How this be right that as ghmdi says that "Hoors will be Muslims's wives" when below Quranic ayah says that, "(these hoors hve been) Untouched before them by man or jinni" ?

appreciate any clearance?

If wives will be hoors than who will say it Jannat. There is promise of Allah to give reward in jannat not the punishment.
