The only way to deal with tummy is to exercise and eat good heathy foods. the exercises need not be very tough but those that tone your tummy muscles. If you are not sure then seek advice from a fitness instructor and a nutritionist.
As for face colour being black - be grateful to God. For to be black is to be beautiful.
Salaam sisterinislam.
If you have truly reached menopause. Yhen unfortunately this means that you ovaries have no viable eggs. Therefore you cannot become pregnant with your own eggs. But occassionally ovaries stop and then after a considerable time start working again-although this is unlikely to be in your case from the information you have provided. The only option re pregnancy after menopause is donor eggs. As for hot flushes the only answer is HRT (I am afraid all other remedies do not work). I hope this answers your queries regards |

QUOTE: -.... that my face colour is dark means my face colour is black. so plz help me….
If the colour is black since birth then it is difficult to change. Anyhow we can make it light to some extent and prevent blackening of the fair colour by the following methods.
1. Regularly, avoid exposure to the direct sunlight, even in the winter. Sunlight increases the black pigment formation in our skin. The basic concept of “MAYOON”- staying the bride in a room (avoiding exposure to sunlight) four or five days before marriages is the same.
2. Use of Vitamin C, which inhibits formation of black pigment formation in the skin. Rich source of vitamin C are the citrous fruits. Moreover, Vitamin C is one of the anti-oxidant vitamins which slow down the ageing process in our body i.e. the individual looks younger than one’s age.
3. Use of some local applicants with the advice of a beautician and Skin Specialist.
Both for the males as well as the females, first two are more powerful tools than the third one. |

The biggest reason against taking HRT is the increased risk of breast cancer. However this risk is grossly exaggerated and is mainly confined to women who start taking HRT after 50 ears of age. The risk is best understood: If 1000 women go from the age of 50 to 65 about 50 will develope breast cancer and if they take combined HRT (which is for women who have not had a hysterectomy)then aprroxiamately 63-70 women are likely to develope breast cancer. Which is 1 extra case per year for every 1000 women taking HRT. However it is unlikely that this extra risk applies to women under 50. Other side effects include return of period like bleeding, although there are HRT which are supposed to be bleed free but unfortunately there is eventually some bleeding. Most women take HRT because of hot flushes and they calim they have more energy and the skin appears to be less dry. I hope this answers some of your questions. regards |

We believe birth of a male or female baby entirely depends upon the will of God. Some women constantly give birth to the female babies resulting in divorce or second marriage of their husbands. Can we scientifically do something to have the baby of our own choice? Regards! |
