low level of satisfaction amongst women workers
most women, whether in east or west, feel they hv been deprived of their basic rights at work place and discriminated re: salary scales, benefits etc.
there is a debate about the truth in this issue and if yes, how it could be made better; because even religion does not teach any such difference based on gender
