spreading hatred wrongly
The following message is being spread around on the internet but it has no apparent base. We must be careful spreading news around in these sensitive times.
The BBC are conducting a poll on their website to ban the HIJAB and the NIQAB in British schools. The poll asks: "Should the veil be banned in schools?" Please support and vote "NO"! Please log in to the following website to vote: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/education/6466221.stm

Assalamualaikum sister, I checked the link. It is an article from 2007 and the poll results are no longer available because they were collected so long ago. I assure you there have never been any political ramifications of a poll conducted on a news website...including this one! Please be careful about the things you forward, we must ensure they are truth and not fiction! Otherwise we risk spreading hatred wrongly Thank you Wassalam |
