It might be a little late however, I want to say something Proud Christain as well. First of all I pray that Allah guides you to the right path, Ameen. Then I'd like to tell you that if you are such a "proud Christain" then you should be a practicing one too which means that in Christianity, Judaism just like in Islam, having relationships with a boy outside of marriage is forbidden. The same goes for pork as it is forbidden in all the previous religions however, people who do not practice, have gone astray. So rather than being a proud Christain, try being a pious one, it may get you some reward and a lesser punishment. There was a question asked from Mufti (Jurist) Ebrahim Desai whether practiciing Christain or Jews will enter Jannah and he answered:The fundamental requirement to enter into Jannat is accepting the Oneness of Allah and finality of the Prophethood of Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alayhi
Wasallam). Non-Muslims will be rewarded in this world for their good deeds or alternatively the punishment in the hereafter will be decreased for them as will be the case with the Uncle of Rasulullah, Abu Talib, who protected him as safeguarded Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) from the harms of the disbelievers and Allah Ta'ala Knows Best.
I hope my point is made and the message gets across the person it's addressed to Insh'Allah and may Allah give us the knowledge and courage to answer and face the people who question Islam, Ameen.

as far as the Matter of fundamental requirement to enter into Jannat is concerned, I wud like to ADD that the 2nd Condition is Necessary for ONLY those people who KNOW about Muhammad (pbuh). |

Salaamz all! firstly, sweet16, if only 1 in a 1000 Muslims actually KNOW the context of the Qura'an, then im pretty sure that there are Muslims out there who don't know about our beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAW)
and id also like to say that that was a very good response Masha'Allah, sweet16, and keep your contriibution coming ^_^
you're very emotional, Imaan84! its amazing to see people sticking up for Islam like this...a lot of Muslims are ashamed to be who they are...keep up the optimism and ROCK ON!! hehe!

Jazak'Allah Khair for sharing this with me because I honestly did not know that there are Muslims in this world who do not know about our Prophet Muhammad (SAW). Hmmm...and yes, I hope the message does get to "Proud Christain". This is a mere example of the role we have to play outside of our homes and inside too! May Allah (SWT) give us the courage and knowledge to do so, Ameen.

no one DID ask for your opinion, we just gave you a few facts. not only that but im amazed at how arrogant some people can be... you didnt even say 'thank you' to the people who tried to answer your queries or whatever... i seriously cant believe it.
if you dont want to know about Islam then why are you here? to insult it? to degrade yourself in front of people who obviously have the upper hand of a better argument? i can assure you, you're not getting yourself a good reputation.
i wish you'd have taken some heed from sweet16's reply... it was really good... but i suppose some people just wont listen.
if all your contributions are destined to be so rude, please refrain from saying anything else. there is a Hadith that says: 'If you dont have anything good to say, dont say anything'. but, since you dont want to learn even the basic manners upheld by most of the population, i suppose you're going to ignore that 'load of rubbish' too.

people, people, we've totally gone off topic, here...what did everyone think of the Muslim Girl's Guide to Dealing with Guys?? i thought it was amazing ^_^ ...which is kinda why i put it up here hehe...
