I am told that in South Africa, when a young man or young woman reaches the age of twenty-one, people celebrate it, read Qur’aan and cook various kinds of food. They gather together and give a key to the young person who has reached the age of 21. But what is special about 41?
Moreover, each day we are moving ahead towards the day of our departure from this world and the time span left is becoming shorter and shorter. Is it an achievement to be celebrated? |
