Islam Awareness Week and Other Faiths.

I wonder if you can help.
We are a small but growing Peace Group, a submeeting of the meeting of
the Religious Society of Friends (AKA The Quakers). We meet in Welwyn
Garden City and have members from West Herts.
We are committed to interfaith understanding and non-violent action. The Quaker testimonies to peace, equality, simplicity and truth are a
challenge to alleviate suffering and seek positive social change.
We are interesting in creating links with any Islamic religious or
cultural groups in our area with a view to building a greater understanding of
Islam.
Do you think that you could put us in touch with any groups in our area
who might be interested in hearing from us through your contacts as the
co-ordinator of Islamic Awareness Week?
Any advice would be welcome.

Islam awareness Week starting mon the 21st Nov'05
A tremendous opportunity to spread the word, wherever we live
and ofcourse in today's time n age of I.T., even beyond where we live.
Members may pass on our free online courses so that more and more people can benefit from this opportunity to not only learn the facts about Islam, rather to remove misconceptions which have built over the time about the relationship and association between Islam and other Faiths.Specifically recommended for the later our March 02 issue of monthly Renaissance

Among the Communities, presently Studying Islam UK has joined hands with the Islam Awareness Week(IAW)Team Berkshire and Mersey(Wirrall) to display our offered studies along with other facts and publications on Islam that Islamic society of britain and the IAW team has organized.
However we shall be pleased to help any member who wishes to help/join such exhibitions in his/her area. If you need any of the STIslam publication for this purpose, please write to
