Ibn Al-Haitham (An educational Center for students
Asalam Aalaikum
Ibn Al-Haitham is a Center for Scientific and Technological Research in Amman, Jordan and their aim is to assist and provide service to Arabs who want to compete with the developed Countries in Scientific and Technological Advancement.
It is nice to see such non-profitable Centers that are working to assist their people.
Students of Science and IT would surely enjoy this site.

hmm....luks gud...muslims encouraging research in science n technology. thnx student 1.
but i didn't like the bit where it specifies"encourages Arabs"
don't you think shud be open to more |

Asalam Aalaikum,
I agree with you, this centre should be open for all the muslims ,I have contacted them and they told me that their Center is bascially for Arab students but they can even accept projects from non-Arab students if the non-Arab student is a B.Sc or M.Sc in Physics.

Asalam Aalaikum,
We should have these types of Scientific Academic and Research Centers
in every muslim country. In Malaysia ,their are such Scientific Institutes in a city Jayaputra.
