Congratulation you have taken a quite good step to have seperated the communities. Here are few comments about the new site.
1.Why don't you import SI user database to your new suster site serving-humanity.net ?
2.Also there are several testing problems with the forum you managed and database updation errors. Fix it before you get traffic

as you suggested its yet in tender foot, shall keep your suggestions in mind. actually the plan was that studying islam communities wud continue as such.
btw re: I.T you i thought you were helping us as well; don't break your elbow this time  (to make an excuse)
