helping less able in your area
please check out mancap in your area needs your help! even if you could afford a couple of hours in a fortnight to spend with less fortunate ones who have some sort of physical or mental disability. there may be organisations working in your area with different names for the same cause.
if none you could be the 1st one to initiate this...
