Questions About Salaat (Hanafi Fiqh)

I have some questions about salaat according to Hanafi fiqh.

1. Does one recite the basmalah before reciting a surah after one has recited al-faatihah?

2. In witr salaat, one recited takbir before reciting the dua (in the 3rd rakat), but does one also recite a takbir after reciting the dua (before going into ruku)?

3. At what point during fajr does it become disliked to offer nafl salaat: after dawn has broke, or after the adhan, after one has prayed fajr salaat?

Jazak Allahu khair.

3- Yes, after one has prayed fajr salaat it is disliked to offer nafl salaat.
