Medicine for Sex
Question asked by Waqas Qadir.
Posted on: Monday, November 29, 2004 - Hits: 3913

Question:
Can a male take medicine before marriage to increase his sex power and desire? The other question is that before marriage, where can he get sex education? Can a Muslim consult a psychiatrist/psychologist before marriage?

Answer:
The Islamic Shari'ah does not prohibit medical treatment. We can, of course, use any medicine. As for sex education, nature itself has not left us uneducated in this regard. However, some people may also consult medical practitioners or psychiatrist/psychologist.
